So I found that cute stick figure site and made our family and for some reason it only did the first four so I had to go back and post the "more Wilsons" hahah. Sorry Sharks! I guess I should have posted it to the sidebar or as a gadget or something. whatever. it's all good.

Sharkey the MIDGET
So we had an appointment for Sharks on tuesday (just a regular checkup) and apparently he's a midget. haha not literally but he's on the fifth percentile for height and weight for his age. When I said I wanted to keep my baby small forever I didn't mean for him to actually stop growing but whatever. :) he's healthy and happy and small. Dave started calling him "willow" Terrible huh? that's what I thought and so then he named off a bunch of other names of midgets in that show like Me-gosh and dinkelpump or something I can't remember them all, and he was like " do YOU prefer one of those?" What a tease! Anyways these pics are from the other day it was really cold and snowy so we played shaving cream on the table and carter played total shaving cream body butter! it was really fun and helped get out some of those antsy cabin fevers!

We ARE still alive!
Every now and again I have to publish a we're still here post, seeing as how I' such a stellar blogger. haha. This year is flying by for me! I just finished all that tax stuff to wrap up 2008 for the office and we're half way through 2009 already! I feel like it should still be January! Sheesh. NOt only that. . . my babies aren't BABIES! they're huge! Jaxson's kindergarten teacher( is the most wonderful teacher in the whole world) told me last week that he's doing so good at reading and math and stuff and I was like oh good. . . yeah he's a smart kid, ( you know all the typical mother stuff to a nice teacher who tells everyone they're kid is great). . . and she grabbed me aside and was telling me that she didn't think I understood, he's reading at a level 26! Well then she said do you realize that for kids to pass 2nd grade and go into the 3rd grade they have to be reading at least a level 25?! Yikes! I had no Idea. He really is doing great! I guess I forget sometimes that he is ONLY 6 and ONLY in kindergarten, all I really remember about kindergarten is playing "house" and coloring so, yeah that really is good he's reading 130 page chapter books. funny the things you forget.
Eva's doing great too. She has one last dance competition before the spring recital, it's in two weeks right after her birthday and then she'll be done until june, she's loved dancing and her company is doing good they got 3rd at the last competition and won ribbons and ballet bags and matching water bottles and stuff it was cute she was pretty happy about it. It's good for her to be around girls sometimes seeing as how our house is all full of boys! She is soooo girly she thrives on the whole get pretty time and special attention!
Sharkey Carter is a doll. He's walking and talking and full of fun! He's funnier everyday. he keeps us all laughing. He's busy too but not the busy make you crazy can't keep up like his sweet brother, rather busy making us laugh and doing funny things even (especially) when he thinks no one is watching. For instance lately he's decided he loves hats, so the other day he put one of jaxson's hats on and pulled it over his face and was walking around bumping into walls and doorsa nd furniture and just laughing. Everytime the hat would fall off because he'd bumped into something and fallen down he'd just come over and ask me to put it back on and he'd promptly pull it back over his face and go walking into things laughing all the while! I wished my video was charged I tried to get it on film because we were all laughing and it was dead but as soon as he realized we were all watching him he got embarrassed and shy. it was darling what a sweet darling little family we have!
so that's an update on these silly wilsons for now :)

Dancing Queen!
Evy's FIRST (of many I'm sure) Dance recital was saturday night! it was darling. . . they were little diva's dancing to song like staying alive and YMCA etc. . . it was sooo fun! Daddy and the boys didn't get to go because they were sick with the flu so that was sad but mommy and mommer's and papa and Krista (my parents and sister) were there so that was really fun. IF I knew how to load up videos on here I would because it was way too funny! She loved it and Dave bought her a rose for after the recital and that was her favorite part of all I think. It made her feel sooo special. It's hard to be the only girl with all these very boyish boys around. She's pretty patient and plays boy games/toys alot. . . she gets mommy and carter to play dollys and ponies when Jax is at school though :) (Dave's a little nervous for Carter actually because lately his favorite thing to carry around are purses and those stacking rings which he wears as bracelets!) ahahaha One thing we did learn is that I am a terrible videotaper! For some reason I can't watch and tape at the same time. I brought home the video for dave and the boys were asleep so I plugged it in and he was so sick already that he couldn't watch it because he was naseous. oops.That's ok I've wanted him to be the video-er for a long time and now he probabaly will. . . hahah my evil plan is working! j/k
Yuck! Yuck! and Yuck!

1.disgusting vent!
2.Dirty cold air return filled with old beer cans, sander belt, random other crap
3. the furnace blower filled with dirt grime garbage and newspapers fom 1958! That's right SICK!
4. Furnace Blower motor case! No wonder our heat bill is so expensive and our house still feels cold all the time!
5. This is the most horrifying of them all! This the furnace blower, yep it's dirty but 2 dead MICE! Are you kidding me?!?!?! How long have those been there?! I almost threw up all day just thinking about it! And that my friends is why everyone should have their ducts/ heaters cleaned.
My Aunt is a clean freak so she has this huge immaculate house and she has all sorts of allergies and stuff so she's up on all these cleaning things, anyways she convinced my grandpa ( who is the second cleanest house person I know, my aunt being the first) to have his ductwork cleaned. The Duct guy got all sorts of gross stuff out of Papa's house which is--- and always has been sooooo clean! I thought if they got that much crap out of their houses which are basically spotless and stuff we should probably have ours done just to be safe. So we had our duct work cleaned this last week and I've never been so disgusted in my life! All this time we thought our allergies had been worse since we movede back to Poky- just because of Poky. . . but now we know it was because our duct work/ furnace was horribly filthy! The pictures say it all, yet I'm somewhat hesitant to post them because of how gross they are. I swear our house is clean. . .(most of the time)I'd have had the duct work cleaned years ago if I'd known about it.

We Are ALIVE
Yes it's been a while and yes it's been crazy! January is tax season for me which means lots of projects, bills, reports and of course taxes and tax forms. yuck. It's almost over and hopefully I'll have done it right but at least it will be over!
Jaxson is reading on a first grade level and knows over 100 sight words. . . which is really awesome because at the first of school he had like ten. He loves school and is doing great!
Eva is spoiled rotten!!! She was able to sweet talk her daddy into getting her a purebred baby chihuahua (spell?) while I was Skiing with my Brother and Sister for two days in Montana. Yikes! I was very unhappy about the whole ordeal. . . but they'd already bonded and named the wretched animal so what could I do. . .I mean really? Yeah so we have a hideous little furry eared rat dog which eva loves and named Princess Sophia. The dog has a darling disposition though is basically house trained and really grows on you. I think she's darling now but I was sure disgusted the first time I saw it! UGH! just what we needed an animal. Dave, bless his heart knew that I would be upset so he's been really great about cleaning up and dealing with the dog so I don;t have to. I'm just glad she's tiny. She weighs just about one pound (soaking wet):) and supposedly she'll only grow a bit more so that's good.
Carter is doing good. . .getting so grown up all the time. . .he's simply adorable too! What a little sweetheart. On friday I took the kids to get pictures taken in their matching clothes they got from my mom for Christmas and Poor baby Sharkey was so sad and I couldn't figure out why-- he never cries-- then dave was like what did he do to his hand? And I looked at it and it was horribly blistered from a burn! Ouchie! Yep he had reached for the iron when we were getting the kids ready and I grabbed it away and thought I had saved him because he didn't cry or anything. . . but by the time we got to the pictures it was all swollen awful. . . it made my stomach sick for him. I was so sad and felt awful. . . so needless to say we only got the one picture we took first of him screaming and left right away to get him some tylenol and ice. It looks awful still. . . the blister was huge and he popped it somehow so now it's all black and oozey looking. sick. poor poor sweet baby! I'll have to get a picture of his little hand it's just terrible looking. But he hasn't acted like it's even bothered him. . . except at pictures, and mostly he just didn't want to be put in front of the camera.
