Eva's Princess Party

Bridget and Charity chillin' on the swing. (Bridget's wearing one of the tu-tu's I made. They were pink and brown and turned out really cute.)
The dollys getting ready for cake at their table.

Cute cousins Savanah and Alexus

Jax showing his approval of the cake. He especially liked the Flag.

Savanah, Alexus, Kaitlyn and Staci (sisters that came dressed matching as Aerial cute!) after their makeovers.

All the lovely dollys after their makeovers and tiaras. Eva's Dolly, Lilly is on the right end they had cute matching dresses on but I guess I didn't get a pic of them together.

The sash was too big and kept falling off so she held it for the pic and promptly took it off to go play.

The CASTLE CAKE! (This was the most time consuming part of the entire birthday) It didn't turn out exactly perfect for several reasons but the saddest one to me was the purple flowers- the one on the left side of the front door is made of fondant and I had planned to do them all that way but while I was putting that one flower on Carter put the entire ball of purple fondant in his mouth and ate it. (I could have cried) so the rest of the purple flowers were makeshift because out of frosting because there wasn't time to go to Wal-mart and get more fondant. I was still pleased with the end product Eva and the girls loved it and I'm very glad it's over :)

The first wave of ladies to be "made over" Alexandria, Lynzi, Charity, Eva and Jenna

The first wave of Ladies waiting for the others friends to arrive. Aren't they beautiful?!

Eva anxiously waiting for all her cousins and friends to come play! ( She loved this door decoration and we ended up leaving it up all weekend for her)

The Princess in her birthday dress with her just-barely-finished-in-the knick-of-time-castle. Dave walking through the background (he took the boys and the dog and they had a guy-day full of parks, soda and The Monster Truck Rally)

On Saturday Eva had her first "friend's" party. We did a dolly princess/ballerina motif. It was super fun. I made each girl a tutu to wear (they all came dressed so fancy though that most of them just kept it in the bag to wear at home) and we made a huge princess castle cake and decorated in pink pink pink. She invited 10 cousins and friends and they all came dressed for the occasion, bringing their dolly's to share in the fun. When the princesses arrived they first visited the makeover table where they got tiara's lipstick blush and tutu's. Then we made bracelets and played pin the star on the wand and danced our hearts out with the cake walk. She then opened presents and we all ate castle cake and ice cream. What a fun princess party! She had so much fun with all her dear friends and cousins. We are sooo very blessed to have such sweet wonderful friends and family all around us. Thank you to Mommers and Tiffany Rimington for staying to help out during the party and to everyone who came to support Eva on her big day!
